In a letter addressed to the Executive Director of The Private Sector Foundation, The headteacher of Aga Khan High School, Kampala, Mrs. Juliet Sseruwagi highly recommended Cyber School as technology solution providers for secondary schools.
The Aga Khan High School has worked with Cyber School since 2005 providing the school with instructional material to enhance the teaching and learning experience for both the learners and the teachers. The company has provided: Software for teaching / learning with animation and simulations of activities and experiments for all science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) for both the national UNEB and international IGCSE curricula. “We have found it more informative and engaging for the students as well as time effective and productive for the teachers.” Mrs. Sseruwagi stated. She continued to say that “these programmes have revolutionized the teaching of challenging, abstract concepts which are often difficult to explain thoroughly”.
The headteacher praised the services offered by CSTS staff, saying that they were commendable, businesslike, encouraging and committed to a prompt support service.
In response to the letter, the Project Manager, Mr. Christian Gronlund thanked The Headteacher and Administration of Aga Khan for their cooperation throughout the implementation of the project in their school. He explained that the success of the project was made possible through the positive attitude of students and teachers, together with the school’s administration. Mr. Gronlund said that CSTS will continue to provide exceptional service to Aga Khan High school and all of its partner schools.
CSTS is currently enrolled in 50 schools nation-wide.
