This intervention focuses on facilitating efforts on capacity development and change management in the education institutions. A series of change management activities are carried out to engage the institutions’ management, staff and students, as well as provide support in terms of implementation, evaluation and follow- up on all capacity development activities in regard to the implementation of the eLearning initiative.
In addition, the area further supports EIs in the development, adaptation, and implementation of eLearning policies at institutional level to ensure effective and sustainable implementation of eLearning.
Policy gaps that lead to exclusion of vulnerable groups especially the poor students, young women, Persons Living with Disabilities (PWDs) and refugees in accessing eLearning will also be identified and addressed through assessment and review of current eLearning policies in the EIs.
